Over 30 years working within sales and marketing. Former member of HM Royal Navy.

Helped take the vision into reality. Not only was it acutely obvious that there was a crying need for a charity to help in the rehabilitation of ex-offenders but being a former member of the HM Forces and having relatives who are current members or have recently left the services, is fully aware of the trials and tribulations of the transition of moving from the services into the civilian lifestyle.

Delia Shannon: Trustee

Business development; project management, stakeholder identification and engagement; biodiversity and conservation management, auditing and implementation of ISO14001, Wildlife Trusts Biodiversity Benchmark, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), group facilitation, sustainability report development and writing, corporate policy and procedure writing. Chaired the Mineral Products Association Biodiversity and Nature Conservation group until November 2013, has worked on case studies with International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for the 2010 TEEB report and undertook an offsetting complementary project for Defra. Joined the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) in 2010 and furthered her skills studying Biodiversity and Conservation Management at the University of London.

Nicholas Daffern: Trustee

Senior Environmental Archaeologist, 10 years’ experience in the heritage sector including public engagement/outreach and biodiversity projects. BSc (Hons) Ancient History and Archaeology, MSc Environmental Archaeology and Palaeoenvironments.


David Barnes: Trustee

Childhood friend of John Proto of over 40 years. When John asked for Dave's help, Dave accepted immediately. Dave is a Mechanic and engineer. Working within the agricultural environment for over 30 years with immense contacts and knowledge of the agricultural workplace.
